All eyes will be on Stadium of Light when Sunderland and Norwich City lock horns in the Championship round 14. The Black Cats suffered a 1-0 loss to Leicester City on Tuesday evening, but it has to be noted that they missed a couple of good opportunities to find the net. All Timothee Pembele, Jay Matete, Aji Alese, Corry Evans, and Ross Stewart remain in the recovery room, but there are no fresh injury concerns in the home team.
The Canaries, on the other hand, suffered a dip in form, with the team collecting only one point in total from the last four league matches and seeing that Sunderland have turned their Stadium of Light into a real fortress, home win should be considered. The visitors will be without Angus Gunn, Ashley Barnes, Josh Sargent, Jakob Sorensen, and Grant Hanley in Saturday’s clash as they are all struggling with injuries.
