Watford will be aiming to extend their winning run in the Championship to six games when they take on Sheffield Wednesday at Vicarage Road. The Hornets are on the right track to return to the Premier League, but they can’t afford any complacency in the remainder of the season. Watford have been impressive at their Vicarage Road this season, with the team eyeing their 16th home win of the process. Andre Gray, who played for Jamaica in a 4-1 loss to USA, should be fit to face the Owls.
Sheffield Wednesday, on the other hand, did well to beat Barnsley before the international break. The Owls did well to put an end to their eight-game winless run, but Watford are likely to pose a much bigger threat for the relegation strugglers than their previous rivals. A man to watch in the away team will be Jordan Rhodes, who has found his goalscoring touch of late.

Wolverhampton-born striker Andre Gray is a product of the Shrewsberry Town youth academy who hit the limelight during his two loan spell with Luton Town. A no-nonsense forward endured a difficult childhood which left him with a four-inch scar on his left cheek after he got stabbed in the face in a gang-related incident back in 2011.
Fortunately, Andre Grey was pulled out of the gang lifestyle by his mother and close friends and focused on his football career. Having scored 57 goals in 111 appearances with The Hatters, Gray was prized away by Brentford in a club-record deal at the time. Just a season later Gray moved to Burnley where he hit 23 goals in 41 Championship appearances to emerge as a vital cog in his club’s Premier League push in 2014/15. After nine goals in 32 top-flight appearances with he Clarets, Gray was transferred to Watford for yet another club-record fee.
The Englishman’s prolific goalscoring record in the Football League was brought to a halt, however, with Gray scoring just five goals in 31 Premier League appearances during the 2017/18 season.

Sheffield Wednesday are one of the two famous clubs from the city of Sheffield (South Yorkshire). The Owls compete in the English second tier (Championship) and they play their home matches at Hillsborough.
The venue was the scene of the Hillsborough disaster which occurred in 1989 when 96 Liverpool supporters were crushed to death in the FA Cup semi-final. It has to be noted that the World Cup (1966) and the Euro (1996) matches were played at Hillsborough.
