Our prediction for this Champions League match:
Following a goalless draw with Cagliari, Atalanta will be aiming to return to winning ways when they take on Club Brugge in the Champions League last 32, return leg. The Orobici will give 100% to overcome a one-goal deficit, but they will have to do it without key attacker Ademola Lookman, who remains in the recovery room alongside Sead Kolasinac, Gianluca Scamacca, and Odilon Kossounou. Ghana midfielder Ibrahim Sulemana is a major doubt.
The Belgian champions, on the other hand, proved their worth in the first leg, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry in Tuesday’s clash. As Atalanta have turned their Gewiss Stadium into a real fortress, we predict that the visitors are going to return to Belgium empty-handed. Defender Bjorn Meijer remains on the sidelines, but the 21-year-old should be the only absentee in the away team this time out.
