Our prediction for this Champions League match:
Benfica will be aiming to seal their spot in the Champions League group stages when they welcome Fenerbahce to their Estadio da Luz on Wednesday evening. The two teams played out a goalless draw in Istanbul, but Benfica are seen as hot favourites to win the return leg. The Eagles made a flying start to their Primeira Liga campaign, beating both Estrela (1-0) and Tondela (3-0) without conceding and you should know that they are eyeing their seventh consecutive clean sheet in all competitions.
Midfielder Florentino is banned for the second leg, while the likes of Bah, Bruma, and Manu remain in the recovery room. Jose Mourinho’s men, on the other hand, defended well in the first leg, but given their difficulties on the travels, there is a big value in betting on the home side. Defender Jayden Oosterwolde is back from the domestic ban, while both Rodrigo Becao and Cenk Tosun remain in the treatment room.
