Our prediction for this Champions League match:
PSV play host to Juventus at their Philips Stadion in the Champions League last 32, return leg. The Dutch champions need a big win in the second leg to make it to the last 16, but that is easier said than done. As PSV were not at their sharpest in a 2-2 draw with Utrecht at the weekend, home win should not be considered. The likes of Serginio Dest, Ricardo Pepi, Rick Karsdorp, and Malik Tillman miss out with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team.
The Bianconeri, on the other hand, are brimming with confidence following a 1-0 win over their bitter rivals Inter. As Thiago Motta’s men are on a four-game winning run in all competitions, we predict that they will advance to the Champions League last 16. The likes of Bremer, Cabal, Douglas Luiz, Pierre Kalulu, and Arkadiusz Milik miss out with injuries for the away team. Anyhow, a close encounter is on the cards in Eindhoven as PSV are tough to beat at home.
