Our prediction for this Copa del Rey match:
All eyes will be on Estadio Heliodoro Rodriguez Lopez when Tenerife and Villarreal face each other in the Copa del Rey last 32. Tenerife look unstoppable at the moment, with the team eyeing their fifth consecutive win in all competitions. Los Insulares outplayed Castellon in the previous round, but beating Villarreal is easier said than done. The Yellow Submarine, on the other hand, have been scoring goals for fun of late, with the team netting ten goals in total in the previous three games in all competitions.
Even though Unai Emery is likely to rest several first-team regulars in Sunday’s clash, we are positive that the La Liga side will find the net against los Insulares. Since Tenerife are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we are tempted to put our money on both teams to score. In their last meeting in a competitive match the two teams played out a 2-2 draw.
