Our prediction for this Coppa Italia match:
All eyes will be on Allianz Stadium when Juventus and Inter face each other in the Coppa Italia semis, first leg. The Bianconeri head into the match following a hard-fought 1-0 win over Verona, and seeing that both Adrien Rabiot and Leandro Paredes are back from suspension, home win should be considered. All Federico Chiesa, Paul Pogba, and Leonardo Bonucci are sidelined with injuries, while Serbia striker Dusan Vlahovic is widely expected to return to the starting XI.
The Nerazzurri, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 1-0 loss to Fiorentina at the weekend, which is yet another reason why we are going to bet on “the Old Lady”. As for the visiting side, Hakan Calhanoglu should recover in time to face Juve, but centre-back Milan Skriniar remains in the treatment room. Federico Dimarco is a major doubt, while Lautaro Martinez should be recalled to the starting line-up.
Highlighted Player (Angel di Maria):
Angel Di Maria is a professional footballer who played for Argentine side Rosario Central at the start of his senior career. The left-footed winger is very quick on the ball and he often makes life difficult for opposition defenders. After playing for Benfica between 2007 and 2010, the Argentine superstar signed for Real Madrid on 28 June, 2010 for a fee of €25 million + €11 million in bonuses.
Despite impressing with los Blancos in the 2013/2014 La Liga campaign, the club chiefs decided to sell him to Manchester United on 26 August, 2014. Di Maria was playing below expectations at Old Trafford and he scored three goals in 27 league games for the Red Devils.
In 2015 he moved to Paris Saint-Germain and he scored 10 goals in 29 league appearances for les Parisiens in the 2015/2016 Ligue 1 campaign. In 2014 he won the Champions League trophy with Real Madrid and that is considered the biggest success of his career. Angel Di Maria was born in Rosario on 14 February, 1988.
Highlighted Team (Inter):
Internazionale Milano, known as Internazionale, Inter or Inter named Milan, is a football club from Italy, founded on March 9, 1908 by a number of "rebels" who did not like in the regulations of the Milan Cricket and Football Club, now known as AC Milan. The main objection was that no foreign players were allowed. In 1928 the club merged with US Milanese and strongly entered a time when Ambrosiana-Inter survived.
The club, nicknamed the Nerazzurri or the blue / blacks has had many successes. This is how Inter Milan won 18 national titles, seven times the Italian Cup, the UEFA Cup 3x, and 3x times the Champions League, formerly known as the European Cup I.
