All eyes will be on Mapei Stadium – Citta del Tricolore when Juventus and Atalanta square off against each other in the Italian Super Cup final. The Bianconeri are low on spirits following a heart-breaking Serie A loss to Inter, and it is no wonder the odds for home win have been rising. Paulo Dybala remains on the sidelines through injury, while Matthijs de Ligt has been tested positive for coronavirus. Both Alex Sandro and Cuadrado are rated doubtful for the game.
As always, a man to watch in the home team will be Cristiano Ronaldo. The Neapolitans, on the other hand, aim to build on a thrilling 6-0 win over Fiorentina, and given Juve’s display in the defeat to Inter, we are tempted to put our money on Genaro Gattuso’s troops. Manolas is out of contention through injury, while both Osimhen and Ruiz are quarantined. Petagna is a major doubt.
