Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
Hajduk Split and Villarreal square off against each other at Stadion Poljud in what is expected to be an interesting Conference League game. Hajduk Split face a difficult task in Thursday’s clash as they need to overcome a two-goal deficit in front of home fans. The Whites aim to build on a 2-1 win over Lokomotiva Zagreb, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry against Villarreal. Despite failing to find the net in the last league match, Marko Livaja will lead the line for the hosts against the Yellow Submarine.
The Spaniards, on the other hand, came from behind to beat Hajduk Split 4-2 in the first leg, and they are now with one foot in the group stages. However, we are tempted to put our money on draw as the Croats are tough to beat at Stadion Poljud. All Danjuma, Moreno, and Trigueros are out of contention through injuries for the visiting side.
