After a 4-0 win over St Joseph’s, Shamrock Rovers will aim to finish the job and secure a place in the Conference League third round when they meet again at Tallaght Stadium. Even though there are no fresh injury worries in the home team, midfielder Jack Byrne should sneak into the starting XI after scoring as a substitute in the first leg.
The Gibraltar outfit, on the other hand, do not seem to be competitive at this level and they face yet another uphill task in Thursday’s clash. As David faces Goliath at Tallaght Stadium in Dublin, anything but a routine home win would be a big surprise. Speaking of the away team, defender Ethan Jolley is unlikely to participate in the reverse fixture after picking up a knock in the first leg.
