St Josephs will try to claim a major scalp in the Conference League second qualifying round when they take on Shamrock Rovers in an eagerly-awaited double-header. St Josephs did remarkably well to eliminate Cliftonville in round 1, but they face an uphill task in the upcoming two-legged tier. Midfielder Harry Wilson has overcome his minor injury, while defender Jack Keaney is back from suspension.
The Hoops, on the other hand, are leading the chase for the 2025 Irish Premier Division trophy, but they have big ambitions for European competitions as well.
