Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
All eyes will be on Romssa Arena when Tromso and KuPS square off against each other in the Conference League second qualifying round, return leg. Tromso have been involved in some low-scoring games of late and we are positive that they will continue relying on their rock-solid defence in Thursday’s encounter. The likes of Erlien, Haugaard, and Koskela remain in the recovery room, while there are no fresh injury worries in the home team.
KuPS, on the other hand, defeated Ekenas 2-1 in their last league match, but beating Tromso on the road is easier said than done. As the Norwegians are tough to beat at home, we do not believe that Jani Honkavaara’s men are capable of overcoming the one-goal deficit. Ivory Coast defender Ibrahim Cisse is widely expected to return to KuPS’ starting eleven after the 25-year-old came as a substitute in the first leg.
