Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
All eyes will be on National Arena Toshe Proeski when Vardar and Lausanne square off against each other in the first leg of the Conference League second qualifying round. Vardar have been scoring goals for fun in the Conference League qualifiers this season and we are positive that they will stick to their attacking style of play against Lausanne. There are no fresh injury worries in the home team ahead of Thursday’s clash.
The Swiss outfit, on the other hand, have yet to kick off the new domestic campaign. Lausanne, though, looked sharp up front in pre-season friendlies, which is probably the main reason why we are going to bet on both teams to score. It has to be noted that the two clubs have never met before in European competitions. Important Lausanne midfielder Alvyn Sanches remains on the sidelines with a cruciate ligament injury.
