Our prediction for this Europa League match:
Sparta Prague will be aiming to put an end to their three-game losing run in Group A when they take on Brondby on Thursday evening. The Czechs suffered a 2-0 loss to Rangers in their last group match, with the Gers ruining their Europa League playoffs hopes. Sparta are now eyeing a spot in the Conference League playoffs. Since Pavel Vrba’s men are two points clear of fourth-place Brondby, we predict that the hosts are going to pick up all three points from the match.
The Danes, on the other hand, face a must-win situation in Thursday’s clash, and seeing that they are likely to adopt an attack-minded approach this time out, we predict that Sparta are going to seal the triumph on the break. When the two teams met in Prague earlier in the process they played out a goalless draw.
