Our prediction for this Europa League match:
Sporting CP and Sturm Graz take on each other at Estadio Jose Alvalade in the final round of the Europa League group stages. The Lions have already booked their spot in the knockout stages, meaning that head coach Ruben Amorim is not going to field the best possible side against Sturm. All Braganca, Fresneda, and St. Juste remain in the recovery room, while the likes of Santos, Paulinho, and Trincao should be recalled to the starting XI.
The Austrian side, on the other hand, aim to secure their place in the Conference League last 32. Considering that Sturm should be happy with one point from Thursday’s encounter, we are tempted to put our money on draw. The good news for the visiting side is that talented Norway forward Seedy Jatta has overcome his injury. Earlier in the process Sporting defeated Sturm 2-1 at Merkur-Arena.
