Our prediction for this Gold Cup match:
Following a routine 6-0 win over Saint Kitts and Nevis, USA will be aiming to clinch top position in Group A when they take on Trinidad and Tobago at Bank of America Stadium. The Yanks are without Christian Pulisic, Sergino Dest, and Weston McKennie at the 2023 Gold Cup and, as a result, a man to watch in the home team will be FC Dallas forward Jesus Ferreira, who scored a hat-trick in the second group game. Juarez midfielder Alan Sonora is widely expected to return to the starting XI.
Meanwhile, the Soca Warriors experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 4-1 loss to Jamaica, which is yet another reason why we are going to bet on the Group A leaders. In their last encounter at the Gold Cup finals (2019) USA hammered Trinidad 6-0. There are no fresh injury worries in the away team.
