After failing to win the previous five league fixtures, AFC Wimbledon will be looking to return to winning ways in the League One when they take on Wigan Athletic on Matchday 12. The Dons have been playing some low-scoring goals of late, with under 2.5 goals being netted in each of their last four league fixtures. Both Stayon Harrison and Archie Procter are likely to miss the game with injuries.
The Latics, on the other hand, aim to build on back-to-back wins over MK Dons (3-0) and Plymouth (2-0). Since Wigan Athletic have been impressive at the back of late, we believe that punters from all around the globe can find value in betting on under 2.5 goals. During the 2018/2019 campaign he played for Potters Bar Town as a loan player, but at the end of the season he returned to AFC Wimbledon. He made his League One debut with the Dons on August 3, 2019 in a 2-1 loss to Rotherham United. Speaking of his international career, Nik Tzanev made his New Zealand debut in a 1-0 win over Chinese Taipei on June 5, 2018.
