Our prediction for this League 1 match:
Birmingham City will look to put an icing on the cake when they take on Mansfield Town in their last game of the season. The Blues secured the Championship survival in style, but they surely want to give fans yet another reason to celebrate this weekend. The likes of Lyndon Dykes, Lee Buchanan, and Scott Wright remain in the recovery room, while Polish midfielder Krystian Bielik is unlikely to be risked.
The Yellows, on the other hand, have been totally out of form of late, but, as things stand now, they should not find it hard to avoid relegation. Anyhow, home win should be considered as Birmingham City have turned their St. Andrew’s Stadium into a real fortress. Speaking of the away team, Welsh defender Aaron Lewis remains on the sidelines with injury, while talented midfielder Caylan Vickers is pushing for a start.
