The Imps are on a three-game losing run in the League One, with the team dropping to 18th place in the standings. Lincoln are desperate to escape the danger zone, but they face an uphill task on Matchday 37. Both Lewis Montsma and Tom Hopper should miss out with injuries, speaking of the home side.

After making 132 appearances in the league for the Seagulls, Liam Bridcutt moved to Sunderland in the winter of 2014. He played for the likes of Leeds United, Nottingham Forest and Bolton Wanderers as well before joining Lincoln City in January, 2020.
His main position is defensive midfield, but he is used as a central midfielder as well. The Lincoln City player has a dual citizenship (Scotland/England), and it has to be noted that he has two caps with the Scotland national team.
