The initial years of his career were spent playing non-league football with teams like Dartford, Leatherhead, and Greenwich Borough, the latter for whom he scored over 50 goals in 100 appearances. On the 7th of July, 2017, Eisa signed a contract with League Two outfit Cheltenham Town and made his league debut on the 5th of August, 2017.
A prolific season with the Robins earned him the Supporters' Player Of The Year and the Players' Player Of The Year awards at the end of the season. For the 18/19 season, the 25-year-old joined Championship side Bristol for a brief stint before returning to League One with Peterborough for the following season on a four-year contract.
