The Dons aim to put an end to their three-game winless run, and a triumph over Morecambe could see them climb to automatic promotion berth. Mohamed Eisa is a major doubt, and he will be assessed ahead of the kick-off, while there are no fresh injury worries in the home team.
The Shrimps, on the other hand, are only three points clear of bottom four, meaning that Saturday’s clash is of big importance for them. Morecambe are not regarded as good travelers, and seeing that they have already suffered 15 defeats on the road this term, anything but a routine home win would be a major surprise. The initial years of his career were spent playing non-league football with teams like Dartford, Leatherhead, and Greenwich Borough, the latter for whom he scored over 50 goals in 100 appearances. On the 7th of July, 2017, Eisa signed a contract with League Two outfit Cheltenham Town and made his league debut on the 5th of August, 2017.
A prolific season with the Robins earned him the Supporters' Player Of The Year and the Players' Player Of The Year awards at the end of the season. For the 18/19 season, the 25-year-old joined Championship side Bristol for a brief stint before returning to League One with Peterborough for the following season on a four-year contract.
