Northampton Town will be looking to make amends for a 4-3 loss to MK Dons when they host Rochdale at their Sixfields Stadium in the League One round 31. The Cobblers looked sharp in front of goal in the defeat to MK Dons, with the team putting an end to their six-game goalless run in the League One. Northampton are eager to record their first league win of the year, and we are positive that they will adopt an attack-minded approach in Tuesday’s football game.
The hosts, who are still in search for a new manager, have no fresh injury worries. The Dale, on the other hand, suffered yet another dip in form, and seeing that they collected only one point in total from the previous four league fixtures, home win should be considered. Jake Beasley should be the only absentee in the away team as he remains on the sidelines with injury.

Joseph Mills is an Aston Villa product who plays for Northampton Town in the League One. Mills moved to Southampton in 2006, and he continued playing for the Saints at senior level. After ending his loan spells with Scunthorpe United and Doncaster Rovers, the pacey left-back joined Reading in 2011, but he made no more than 15 appearances for the Royals in the league.
After his short spell with Burnley, Joseph Mills moved to Oldham Athletic, and it has to be noted that he played for the likes of Perth Glory, Shrewsbury Town, and Forest Green Rovers as well before moving to Northampton Town.
Mills was born in Swindon, England on October 30, 1989, and he wears the No. 23 shirt with the Cobblers. His primary position is left-back, but coaches use him as a left midfielder as well. He has a contract with Northampton Town which should expire in June 2022.

Nicknamed the Dale, Rochdale are a professional English club that compete in the League One (English third tier). Rochdale were founded back in 1907, after World War I, with the team beating Accrington Stanley 6-3 in their first league game 14 years later.

Spotland Stadium is the club’s home ground, with the venue holding no more than 10,249 spectators.
