Sunday’s football game at Stade de la Mosson pits together Montpellier and Brest, the two mid-table sides. La Paillade did well to beat Bordeaux before the international break, with the team putting an end to their three-match winless run. Montpellier aim to move closer to places that guarantee a place in European competitions, and they should take advantage of Brest’s anything but good form.
Both Nicolas Cozza and Mihailo Ristic miss out through suspension, while the likes of Mamadou Sakho, Thibault Tamas, and Pedro Mendes are sidelined with injuries. The visitors, on the other hand, suffered three defeats in the previous four league fixtures, with the team dropping to 13th place in the standings. Brest are not regarded as good travelers, which is yet another reason why home win should be considered. Both Pierre-Gabriel and Sebastien Cibois miss out with injuries for the away side.

Ahead of the start of the 2015/2016 Ligue 2 campaign, Teji Savanier joined Nimes and he has been playing for the club ever since. The 171-cm tall midfielder has established himself as a first-team regular at Nimes and he successfully plays for the club in the French top flight. Savanier’s main position is central midfield, but he is used as an attacking midfielder as well. His preferred foot is right.
Despite producing fine performances for Nimes in all competitions, Teji Savanier has yet to receive a call-up for the French national football team. His contract with Nimes should expire on June 27, 2018.
