Lille
Montpellier and Lille face each other at Stade de la Mosson in a highly-anticipated Ligue 1 game. La Paillade have been struggling to find their best form in 2022, with the team losing three of their last four league fixtures. Since Montpellier failed to impress in the 3-1 loss to St. Etienne, home win should not be considered. Defender Ambroise Oyongo is back from international duty, while all Stephy Mavididi, Maxime Esteve, Thibault Tamas, and Pedro Mendes should miss out with injuries.
Les Dogues, on the other hand, aim to make amends for a heavy 5-1 loss to PSG. Lille are eager to move closer to the Europa League berth, and they should take advantage of Montpellier’s anything but good form. Important attacker Burak Yilmaz, who missed the last league match with a pubis problem, should recover in time to face La Paillade.

Born in Montpellier on December 22, 1991, Teji Savanier is a French footballer who plays for Nimes in the Ligue 1 as a midfielder. Savanier began his senior career at Arles-Avignon and it has to be noted that he played for the club from 2011 to 2015.
Ahead of the start of the 2015/2016 Ligue 2 campaign, Teji Savanier joined Nimes and he has been playing for the club ever since. The 171-cm tall midfielder has established himself as a first-team regular at Nimes and he successfully plays for the club in the French top flight. Savanier’s main position is central midfield, but he is used as an attacking midfielder as well. His preferred foot is right.
Despite producing fine performances for Nimes in all competitions, Teji Savanier has yet to receive a call-up for the French national football team. His contract with Nimes should expire on June 27, 2018.

Lille have been playing an important role in French football ever since they were founded in 1944. Les Dogues won their first domestic trophy in the 1945/1946 season.
Lille did well to win their second Ligue 1 title in 1954 and 57 years later they lifted their last domestic title. Les Douges finished the 2010/2011 season in top position in the standings, eight points clear of second-placed Olympique Marseille and it has to be noted that Lille attacker Moussa Sow won the Golden Boot (25 goals).
Lille are one of the two teams that managed to win three consecutive Coupe de France trophies (1946, 1947, 1948), but they have yet to clinch the Coupe de la Ligue title. Les Dogues faced PSG in the 2015/2016 Coupe de la Ligue trophy, but les Parisiens proved to be a big catch for Frederic Antonetti’s team in the title game.
Lille play their home matches at Stade Pierre-Mauroy and the capacity of the stadium is 50.186. The venue was opened in August, 2017 and the construction cost €282 million.
