Strasbourg
Nimes take on Strasbourg at Stade de Costieres on Sunday afternoon in what should be a very exciting Ligue 1 game. Les Crocodiles are two points behind the safe zone, meaning that they are desperate to pick up all three points from the match. All Briancon, Buades, Martinez, Sarr, and Depres are sidelined with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team.
Le Racing, on the other hand, head into the match following a massive 4-1 loss to star-studded PSG. Strasbourg are six points clear of the relegation zone, meaning they should be happy with one point from the match. All Ajorque, Djiku, Majeed, Mothiba, and Simakan are likely to miss the game with injuries for the visiting team. Anyhow, a close encounter is on the cards and we are tempted to put our money on draw.

Baptiste Reynet is a goalkeeper who was born in Romans, France on October 28, 1990. After playing for the likes of Moursoise and Valence at youth level, he joined Martigue football academy in 2007. The 185-cm-tall shoot-stopper made 53 appearances for the Martigues first team and in 2011 he moved to Dijon.
Baptiste Reynet was producing fine performances with the Mustards in the 2012/2013 Ligue 2 campaign and, as a result, Lorient chiefs decided to bring him to Stade du Moustoir. Reynet, though, played only six games for les Merlus in the French top flight as he was loaned back to Dijon after only one year at Lorient.
The French goalkeeper impressed in the 2015/2016 Ligue 2 campaign and it has to be noted that he made 17 clean sheets in the process. Baptiste Reynet, who has established himself as a first-choice shoot-stopper at Dijon has a contract with the club which expired on June 30, 2021.

Founded back in 1906, Strasbourg is a professional football team that compete in French Ligue 1. Le Racing did remarkably well to win the 1979 Ligue 1 trophy and that is considered the biggest success in the history of the club. Strasbourg won Coupe de France on three occasions (1951, 1966, 2001) and they have three Coupe de la Ligue trophies as well (1964, 1997, 2005). Strasbourg’s main rivals are Metz and the two teams face each other in the Derby de l’Est (The Eastern derby).
Le Racing recorded their biggest victory over Valenciennes (10-0) in the 1937-1938 season, whilst they suffered their biggest loss to Limoges (0-8) in the 1959/1960 season. Paraguayan goalkeeper Jose Luis Chilavert, who is well known for his free-kick abilities, played for the club from 2000 to 2003, but he failed to score in a league match during his spell with the Stade de la Meinau outfit.
