CF Montreal will try to recover from a 2-0 loss to St. Louis City when they take on New York Reds Bulls on Sunday morning. The Canadians are stuck at the bottom of the table with only 24 points on their account and, as a result, they will not take part in the MLS playoffs. Given their poor display in the defeat to St. Louis City, we do not believe that there is a big value in betting on the home side. Both Vrioni and Opoku are out of contention with injuries for the hosts.
The Metros, on the other hand, aim to climb to the playoffs berth and with CF Montreal having little to play for in Sunday’s encounter, we are tempted to bet on the visiting team this time out. A man to keep an eye on in the away team will be Emil Forsberg, who scored a consolation goal in a 2-1 loss to Portland Timbers.
