Our prediction for this MLS match:
Buoyed by a 3-2 win over Atlanta United, Charlotte FC will be aiming to give fans yet another reason to celebrate when they take on DC United on Sunday morning. Charlotte quickly bounced back from a 3-1 defeat to New York Red Bulls, with the team regaining a much-needed confidence, but they do not want to stop now. A man to keep an eye on in the home team will be Israel forward Liel Abada, who scored a brace against the Five Stripes, while there are no fresh injury worries in Dean Smith’s team.
The capital club, on the other hand, are eager to put an end to their five-game winless run in the Major League Soccer. Given their difficulties at the back, we believe that punters from all around the globe can find value in betting on the home side. The good news for the visiting side is that Finland midfielder Matti Peltola is back from suspension.
