Minnesota United head into the match following a goalless draw with Dallas, where they missed a couple of clear-cut chances to break the deadlock. Midfielder Emanuel Reynoso misses the Colorado game through suspension, while all Dotson, Gregus, and McMaster have been struggling with injuries of late.
The Rapids, on the other hand, aim to bounce back from a 3-0 loss to Seattle. Since important midfielder Kellyn Acosta is on international duty with USA, we are tempted to put our money on the hosts. Born in Metz, France on March 28. 1990, Romain Metanire is a defender, who plays for Minnesota United in the Major League Soccer. Metanire started his senior career at Metz and after playing for the likes of Kortrijk and Reims, he moved to United States of America.
The 178-cm tall footballer made his debut for the Loons on March 3, 2019 in a 3-2 win over Vancouver Whitecaps in the opening match of the season. Despite being born in France, Romain Metanire represents Madagascar on the international stage. He made his debut for the national team in a 2-2 draw with Senegal in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. His preferred foot is right and his main position is right-back.
Romain Metanire helped Reims secure automatic promotion to the Ligue 1 in the 2017/2018 season. Reims clinched top position in the Ligue 2 in style, 15 points clear Nimes, but the following season Metanire made only five appearances in the French elite division.

Colorado Rapids is a Major League Soccer club and they compete in the USA professional soccer league as a member of the Western Conference. Colorado began their play in MLS back in 1996 and 14 years later they managed to win the MLS Cup trophy. The Rapids recorded a 2-1 win over FC Dallas in the final of the tournament, with George John scoring the winner for Gary Smith’s team in the extra time. Colorado made it to the MLS Cup final in 1997 as well, but D.C. United proved to be a big catch for the club in the title game.
The Rapids play their home games at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and the venue has been Colorado’s home ground since 2007. It has to be noted that the likes of Tim Howard, Carlos Valderama, Claudio Lopez and Jermaine Jones were all part of the club in the past.
