Our prediction for this Netherlands Eredivisie match:
Almere City will try to claim a major scalp in the Eredivisie round 24 when they take on league leaders Ajax on Sunday afternoon. De Zwarte Schapen failed to spoil Feyenoord’s party at De Kuip and they face yet another uphill task against the Amsterdammers. The good news for the hosts is that talented forward Junior Kadile is back from suspension.
Francesco Farioli, on the other hand, is doing a great job with the Johan Cruijff Arena outfit, with the team leading the chase for their 37th Eredivisie trophy. Ajax faced no difficulties in a 2-0 win over Go Ahead Eagles and with Almere suiting them, there is a big value in betting on the title hopefuls. Steven Berghuis is pushing for a start, while winger Bertrand Traore should be fit for Sunday’s clash despite limping off with injury at the weekend. All Wout Weghorst, Owen Wijndal, and Youri Regeer remain in the treatment room.
Highlighted Player (Steven Berghuis):

Born in Apeldoorn, Netherlands on December 19, 1991, Steven Berghuis is a Dutch winger who plays for Ajax in the Eredivisie. Berghuis played for the likes of Vitesse/AGOVV, WSV Apeldoorn, and Go Ahead Eagles during his youth career before joining Twente in 2009.
The 183-cm-tall footballer continued playing for the Reds at senior level. After ending his loan spell with VVV-Venlo, Steven Berghuis joined AZ Alkmaar in the summer of 2012, and three years later signed a deal with the Premier League club Watford. After making no more than nine appearances in the English top flight, Berghuis moved to Feyenoord in August 2016, and he has been playing De club aan de Maas ever since.
His main position is right winger, but he is capable of producing fine displays as both left winger and attacking midfielder as well. He made his Netherlands debut on May 27, 2016 in a 1-1 draw with the Republic of Ireland.
Highlighted Team (Ajax):

Ajax is a Dutch football club that was founded on 18 March, 1900. Ajax are well known for their youth academy, which regarded as one of the best youth football schools in the world. The likes of Johan Cruijff, Edwin van der Sar, Dennis Bergkamp, Patrick Kluivert, Rafael van der Vaart and Marco van Basten are all products of Ajax’s football academy. The Amsterdammers share a big rivalry with Feyenoord and there have always been fireworks when the two teams face each other in De Klassieker.
During the seventies Feyenoord and Ajax were the only two teams who were capable of winning the domestic trophies, while PSV have been playing an important role in Dutch football in the 21st century. PSV and Ajax are regarded as big rivals as well and the two teams square off against each other in De Topper. Ajax play their home games at Amsterdam ArenA, the stadium that was opened on 14 August, 1996. The Amsterdammers won their fourth European Cup (Champions League) trophy in 1995, beating Milan in the title game in Vienna.
