Excelsior did well to put an end to their three-game losing run before the international break, with the team regaining a much-needed confidence, but they do not want to stop now. Experienced forward Mike van Duinen misses out through suspension, while there are no fresh injury concerns in the home team.
De Rood-Witte, on the other hand, experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a heavy 4-0 loss to Feyenoord and with Excelsior being a real force to be reckoned with at home, we are tempted to place our bets on Ruben den Uil’s troops.
