Our prediction for this Netherlands Eredivisie match:
After failing to impress in a 2-0 loss to Twente, Fortuna Sittard will be looking to give fans some cheer when they take on Heerenveen on Saturday evening. Kevin Hofland’s troops had no more than two goal attempts in the season opener, and, as a result, the odds for away win have been rapidly dropping. Heerenveen, on the other hand, proved the doubters wrong at the weekend, with the team beating Willem II 2-0 at home ground.
De Superfriezen are not considered good travellers, but they are surely capable of beating Fortuna Sittard, one of the main candidates to suffer relegation. The number of spectators is limited, which is yet another reason why we are tempted to put our money on the visiting team. In their last meeting Fortuna defeated Heerenveen 2-1, meaning that the visitors are hungry for revenge.

Highlighted Team (Heerenveen):

Heerenveen is a Dutch football club that is well known for their white shirts with blue stripes. De Superfriezen (The Super Frisians) play home matches at Abe Lenstra Stadium, which has the capacity of 26,400 people.
Heerenveen have yet to win the Eredivisie title, but they impressed in the 1999/00 season, with the team finishing the process in second position in the standings. Thanks to a top-two finish, the club booked their place in the Champions League. Heerenveen, though, recorded only one in the group stages of the elite competition as they defeated Olympiakos 1-0 at home ground. De Superfizien retain a fierce rivals with Cambuur, and there have always been fireworks in clashes between the two teams.
