Groningen
RKC will be looking to make amends for back-to-back defeats to Utrecht and Sparta when they take on Groningen in the Eredivisie round 27. RKC are only two points clear of the relegation zone, meaning that Saturday’s football match is of big importance for the home team. It has to be noted that Fred Grim should have a full squad to choose from.
Groningen, on the other hand, came from behind to share the spoils with Emmen in their last league match. The Green-White army aim to retain their spot in top seven, and given RKC’s form in March, we believe that punters from all around the globe can find value in betting on the visiting team. Alessio Da Cruz, who scored the equalizer in the draw with Emmen, is widely expected to lead the line for the visiting team.

Konstantinos Lamprou is a Greek goalkeeper who plays for Eredivisie club RKC Waalwijk. Kostas is a product of the famous Ajax football academy, but he eventually decided to join Feyenoord football school. The 178-cm-tall shot-stopper continued playing for Feyenoord at senior level, making 14 league appearances for De Trots van Zuid.
During his spell with Feyenoord, Kostas Lamprou played for the likes of Excelsior and Willem II on loan as well. In 2017 he returned to Ajax, but made no more than three appearances in the Eredivisie with the Amsterdammers.
In the 2019/20 season he did not see any game action with Vitesse, and, as a result, he decided to join RKC Waalwijk at the end of the campaign. Born in Athens on September 18, 1991, Konstantinos Lamprou has 14 caps for the Greece U21 team. He has yet to make his debut with the senior team. His preferred foot is left and he wears the No. 31 shirt at RKC Waalwijk.

Groningen is a Dutch football clubs that competes in the Eredivisie. Founded on June 16, 1971, Groningen play home games at Euroborg. The venue was built by Ballas Nedam, Royal BAM Group and VolkerWessels, and it can hold up to 22,525 people.
The Trots van het Noorden (Pride of the North) are well known for their white home shirts with red stripes, while purple is the dominant colour of their away kit. Volendam are considered the club’s fiercest rivals, but they have a rivalry with Twente as well after the 1980s incidents between their fans. Groningen have yet to win the Eredivisie trophy, but they did well to go all the way in the Dutch Cup in the 2014/15 season.
