Our prediction for this Portugal Primeira Liga match:
Following a 1-0 loss to Arouca, Gil Vicente will look to return to winning ways when they take on Famalicao on day 3 of the new Primeira Liga campaign. Gil Vicente represent Portugal in the Europa Conference League, meaning that tired legs could prove to be a big problem for the home side in Monday’s clash. All Arai, Bueno, and Alipour are pushing for a start, while the likes of Barros, Kritsyuk, and Murilo have been struggling with injuries of late.
Os Azuis e Brancos, on the other hand, made a slow start to the season, with the team losing to both Estoril and Braga without finding the net. Despite Gil Vicente’s participation in European competitions, home win should be considered as Famalicao have yet to find their form in the 2022/2023 Primeira Liga campaign. Defender Riccieli is back from suspension for the visiting side.
