Porto will be looking to melt Benfica’s advantage in the Primeira Liga standings when they face Estoril on Friday evening. The Dragons quickly recovered from a shocking loss to Gil Vicente, with the team beating Chaves on the road, but they need to keep on winning if they are to defend their trophy. Both Joao Mario and Mateus Uribe are back from suspensions, while both Evanilson and Meixedo are sidelined with injuries.
Os Canarinhos, on the other hand, suffered a dip in form, and given their four-game losing run in the national championship, anything but a routine home win would be a major surprise. As for the away team, defender Lucas Africo remains on the sidelines with a long-term injury, but he should be the only absentee in Friday’s clash.
