Our prediction for this Premier League match:
Villa Park will be packed when Aston Villa and Newcastle United go head to head in the Premier League round 1 on Saturday. The Villans did well to beat Villarreal 2-0 in their last warm-up game and they are surely capable of matching a shaken Newcastle United team in front of home fans. As the club chiefs managed to keep hold of key players in the summer transfer window, home win should be considered. New recruit Evann Guessand is widely expected to make his Premier League debut against Newcastle, while first-choice goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez misses out through suspension.
The Magpies, on the other hand, are hit by Alexander Isak’s transfer saga. The Swedish attacker doesn’t want to play for the St. James’ Park outfit anymore and that is probably the main reason why we are going to bet on Aston Villa. A man to watch in the away team will be big-money signing Anthony Elanga, who played a very important role at Nottingham Forest last term.
Highlighted Player (Sandro Tonali):

After starting his youth career at Piacenza back in 2009, Sandro Tonali moved to Brescia three years later. The 181-cm-tall defender has been playing for le Rondinelle ever since and it has to be noted that he made his debut with the Stadio Mario Rigamonti outfit on August 26, 2017 in a 2-1 defeat to Avellino.
Sandro Tonali scored his first ever league goal for Brescia in a 4-2 loss to Salernitana on April 28, 2018. The talented midfielder, who was born in Lodi on May 8, 2000, represents Italy U21 team in international matches.
He made his debut with the Italy U21 national team on June 19, 2019 in a 1-0 defeat to Poland. His main position is defensive midfielder, but he is used as a central midfielder as well. Sandro’s preferred foot is right and his contract with Brescia should expire on June 30, 2021.
Highlighted Team (Aston Villa):

Aston Villa is one of the three clubs that dropped to the Championship at the end of the 2015/2016 Premier League campaign. The Villans host their rivals at Villa Park, the stadium that was opened in 1897 and its’ capacity is 42,682. However, it has to be noted that the highest attendance recorded at the stadium was 76,588 when Aston Villa faced Derby County in the FA Cup back in 1946.
Aston Villa’s fiercest rivals are Birmingham City and West Bromwich Albion. Nonetheless, the rivalry between Aston Villa and Wolves and Coventry City is big as well. Aston Villa have won seven First Division (Premier League) trophies, with the team clinching seven FA Cup trophies as well.
The team’s biggest success, though, came in 1982 when they won the European Cup. The Villans defeated Bayern Munich (1-0) in the title game and Peter Withe was named the man of the match.
