Our prediction for this Premier League match:
Villa Park will host Saturday’s football game between Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest, the two sides with entirely different ambitions for the remainder of the season. The Villans are eager to stay in the Champions League berth and we are positive that they will go all guns blazing at the Reds. A man to keep an eye on in the home team will be Ollie Watkins, who scored a brace in a 2-1 win over Fulham, while all Diego Carlos, Boubacar Kamara, Ezri Konsa, Jhon Duran, Tyrone Mings, and Emiliano Buendia are sidelined with injuries.
Forest, on the other hand, desperately needed a win against West Ham and they managed to get one, with the team regaining a much-needed confidence. Nuno Espirito Santo’s troops, though, are not regarded as good travellers and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Aston Villa’s party at Villa Park. Gonzalo Montiel and Chris Wood should be the only absentees in the visiting team.
Highlighted Player (Ibrahim Sangaré):
Ibrahim Sangare is an Ivorian professional football player who plays for Toulouse in the first tier of French Football. Standing at 1.91m, the defensive midfielder is known for his "big presence" and " tackling."Sangare started his youth career with Ivorian clubs Tout Koumassi and AS Duenguele and spent a cumulative of five years with the clubs.
In 2016, he left Ivory Coast to join the French club Toulouse FC on an initial one year contract, which later extended to five years. After spending his first few months in the reserve team, Sangare broke into the first team set up as the season progressed. He made his professional debut on the 22nd of October, 2016, in Toulouse's 0-0 league draw with SCO Angers.
As of today, Sangare made 66 appearances for the club in all competitions. Born on the 2nd of December 1997, the 21-year-old has represented Ivory Coast at the under-23 level and the senior level, debuting for both in the year 2015.
Highlighted Team (Aston Villa):
Aston Villa is one of the three clubs that dropped to the Championship at the end of the 2015/2016 Premier League campaign. The Villans host their rivals at Villa Park, the stadium that was opened in 1897 and its’ capacity is 42,682. However, it has to be noted that the highest attendance recorded at the stadium was 76,588 when Aston Villa faced Derby County in the FA Cup back in 1946.
Aston Villa’s fiercest rivals are Birmingham City and West Bromwich Albion. Nonetheless, the rivalry between Aston Villa and Wolves and Coventry City is big as well. Aston Villa have won seven First Division (Premier League) trophies, with the team clinching seven FA Cup trophies as well.
The team’s biggest success, though, came in 1982 when they won the European Cup. The Villans defeated Bayern Munich (1-0) in the title game and Peter Withe was named the man of the match.
