Our prediction for this Premier League match:
Monday’s football game between Leeds United and Everton will bring down the curtain on the Premier League round 1. The Whites are eager to impress on their return to the English top flight and we are positive that they will go all guns blazing at the Toffees. New signing Sean Longstaff is widely expected to make his official Leeds debut against Everton, whilst fellow summer recruit Jaka Bijol is sidelined through suspension.
Everton chiefs, on the other hand, did well to keep hold of key players in the summer transfer window. As David Moyes’ men are a more experienced side than Leeds United, we are tempted to place our bets on the Toffees. Big-money signing Thierno Barry is widely expected to make his Premier League debut on Monday evening. In their last meeting in the Premier League, Everton defeated Leeds United 1-0, with Seamus Coleman scoring the only goal of the match.
Highlighted Player (Abdoulaye Doucouré):

French international midfielder Abdoulaye Doucour is a bundle of raw energy and a player who was voted Watford’s Player of the Season during the 2017/18 campaign. A deep-lying midfielder who takes part in play build-up from behind is a defensive asset who took time to blossom and announce himself at the international stage. He first burst to prominence at Ligue 1 side Rennes in 2012 after a year with the club’s B side and went on to play 75 league matches and score 12 goals.
Watford bought Doucoure in 2016 but sent him on loan to Granada, where he took part in 15 league matches. Determined to prove his worth in the Premier League, the Frenchman of Mali descent wasted no time in grabbing a starting spot under both Marco Silva and Javi Garcia, respectively, upon his return from Spain.
The total of 38 matches played along with 8 goals scored made Doucoure one of the most sought-after assets in the summer of 2018 but the player remained at Vicarage Road despite reported interest from Tottenham Hotspur.
Highlighted Team (Leeds United):

Leeds United is one of the clubs that won the FA Cup. The Whites outplayed Arsenal in the final of the prestigious competition back in 1972, but they clinched the League Cup trophy as well. Leeds United faced the Gunners in the 1967/1968 League Cup final and it has to be noted that Terry Cooper scored the winner for the Whites.
Leeds play their home games at Elland Road and the capacity of the stadium is 37,914. The club was founded in 1919 and they have won three First Division (Premier League) trophies ever since (1968/1969, 1973/1974, 1991/1992). Leeds United made it to the Champions League final in 1975, but they were beaten by Bayern Munich in the title clash.
The Whites were impressive under David O’Leary. The likes of Jonathan Woodgate, Lee Bowyer, Harry Kewell, Mark Viduka and Ian Harte were part of the Elland Road outfit back then and they did well to reach the semis of the Champions League in 2001.
