Southampton
Leicester City and Southampton, the two relegated teams, face each other at King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The Foxes aim to make amends for the unsuccessful Premier League campaign and they will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways. Former Fulham man Bobby De Cordova-Reid should recover in time to face the Saints, while both Stephy Mavididi and Abdul Fatawu remain in the treatment room.
Southampton, on the other hand, suffered yet another disappointing defeat at the weekend, with the team losing to Fulham in front of home fans. As Leicester City are desperate to give fans something to cheer about in the season finale, we are tempted to place our bets on the home side. Both Ryan Fraser and Juan Larios are out of contention with injuries for the away team, while Charlie Taylor is a major doubt.

Spending his early career playing no-league football, Jamie Vardy made the headlines when he joined Leicester City in a £1 million deal in 2012, but little did he know that he would go on to become a genuine Premier League star just three years later.
The experienced forward helped the Foxes gain promotion to the elite division and then score more than 20 goals as they mounted an unlikely title bid, earning worldwide acclaim as well as a place in the England squad. Vardy went on to score his first two goals for the Three Lions in March 2016 friendlies, with his back-heel goal against Germany in Berlin seeing him instantly become a fans’ favourite.
Over the years, Vardy has earned a reputation as a striker who never gives up and can be a real menace for opposition defenders, but his excellent goalscoring record and good link-up play are enough to suggest he can be described as a mix of old-style pacey forwards and modern strikers.

Southampton are an English football club that have been playing their home games at St Mary's Stadium since 2001. The Saints were based at The Dell in the past and the capacity of Southampton’s new stadium is 32,505. Southampton wear red and white striped shirts and the colour of the team’s away kit is navy and green.
The Saints have yet to win the Premier League trophy, but they did well to clinch the FA Cup title back in 1976, while participating in the final of the prestigious competition in 1900, 1902 and 2003. Southampton outplayed Manchester United in the 1976 FA Cup final and that is probably the club’s greatest victory ever.
The club are well known for their football academy and Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale is one of the players who began their football carrier at the St. Mary’s Stadium outfit. Southampton’s fiercest rivals are Portsmouth and the two teams square off against each other in the South Coast Derby.
