There will be fireworks when Liverpool and Manchester United face each other in the Premier League derby on Matchday 19. The Reds defeated Aston Villa’s youngsters in the FA Cup at the weekend, and they are now on a quest to put an end to their three-match winless run in the Premier League. Jurgen Klopp’s troops are determined to regain top position in the standings, but defensive duo Van Dijk – Gomez will once again be sorely missed.
The Red Devils, on the other hand, look unstoppable at the moment, with the team eyeing their fourth consecutive league win. Since Man Utd will go for a win in Sunday’s derby as well, we are tempted to put our money on both teams to score. The good news for the visitors is that Victor Lindelof should recover in time to face Liverpool in the Premier League derby.

Sadio Mane is a Senegalese footballer who plays for Liverpool as a winger. Mane was born in Sedhiou Senegal on April 10, 1992, but he made his senior debut at French club Metz. In 2012 he moved to Red Bull Salzburg, with the pacey winger scoring 31 goals in 63 appearances for the club in the Austrian Bundesliga.
Mane then decided to take a step forward in his career as he joined famous Premier League club Liverpool for a fee of £34 million, signing a five-year contract with the Reds. The Senegal international quickly established himself as a first-team regular at Liverpool and, no doubt, he helped the Anfield outfit make it to the 2017/2018 Champions League final.
Speaking of trophies, Sadio Mane won the Austrian Bundesliga with Salzburg in the 2013/2014 season. In 2017 he was named Liverpool player of the year for the 2016/2017 season. Sadio Mane made his Senegal debut in 2012 and he was part of the Senegal team that participated at the 2012 Olympic tournament.

Over the years Manchester United have established themselves as one of the greatest clubs in world football. The Red Devils have won three European Cup (Champions League) trophies and they have clinched no less than 20 Premier League titles.
A number of top-class players were part of Manchester United in the past, but, no doubt, the club’s biggest legend is coach Sir Alex Ferguson, who was in charge of the team for 26 years. During Alex Ferguson’s spell at Old Trafford the club won a number of trophies, but the Red Devils have been struggling in all competitions ever since he retired. Louis van Gaal helped Manchester United win the FA Cup trophy in the 2015/2016 season, with Jese Lingard scoring the winner in the 2-1 triumph over Crystal Palace at Wembley Stadium.
