Our prediction for this Premier League match:
Etihad Stadium will be the centre of attention when Manchester City and Liverpool lock horns in the Premier League derby. The Citizens are not enjoying a season to remember, but they must be high on confidence following a 4-0 crushing of Newcastle United. Man City’s new goal is a top-four finish and we are positive that they will stick to their attacking style of play in Sunday’s showdown. The opposition defenders should have Egypt forward Omar Marmoush at bay as he scored a hat-trick at the weekend. Both Jack Grealish and Rodri continue to miss out with injuries alongside Manuel Akanji.
The Reds, on the other hand, are on the right track to regain the Premier League trophy. Liverpool were anything but brilliant in a 2-1 win over Wolverhampton, but given their attacking potential, a high-scoring affair is on the cards at Etihad Stadium. To make things even better for Arne Slot’s team, influential winger Cody Gakpo is back to the starting XI.
Highlighted Player (Mohamed Salah):

Mohamed Salah is considered one of the best African players. Salah began his senior career at El Mokawloon, scoring 11 goals in 41 league appearances for the club and in 2012 he moved to Europe, signing a four-year deal with Swiss side Basel.
The pacey winger, who is capable of playing as a striker as well was producing outstanding displays for the RotBlau from 2012 to 2014 and, as a result, Chelsea chiefs decided to sign him on 26 January, 2015 for a fee of £11 million. Mohamed Salah, though, failed to impress in the Premier league and one year later he was sent on loan to Fiorentina.
After making 16 league appearances for the Viola in the Serie A, the left-footed winger signed a loan deal with Roma on 6 August, 2015. The Romans made the contract permanent on 3 August, 2016. Speaking of his international career, Salah made his Egypt debut on 3 September, 2011 in a 2-1 loss to Sierra Leone. It has to be noted that he was named Roma’s player of the season (2015/2016).
Highlighted Team (Man City):

Manchester City are the lest famous of the two major clubs based in Manchester. The club was founded in 1880, but they have been struggling in the English Premier League in the past. Nonetheless, ever since the club was purchased by Abu Dhabi United Group in 2008, the Citizens have been playing an important role in the English top flight.
Manchester City won two Premier League trophies under Roberto Mancini and Manuel Pellegrini (2011/2012 and 2013/2014), but both managers eventually paid the price for some disappointing results. Man City play their home games at the Etihad Stadium and the stadium capacity is 55,097.
Manchester United are regarded as Manchester City’s biggest rivals and the likes of Kun Aguero, Carlos Tevez, Shaun Wright-Phillips, Uwe Rosler, Yaya Toure, Sylvain Distin are some of the most remarkable players that played for the Etihad Stadium outfit. Manchester City have won four Premier League titles and five FA Cup trophies and it has to be noted that they made it to the Champions League semis in the 2015/2016 season.
