Sunday’s football game at St. Marry’s Stadium pits together Southampton and Arsenal, the two teams who sit in the opposite halves of the table. The Saints desperately needed a win against Bournemouth, and they managed to get one thanks to Che Adams’ goal, with the team putting an end to their five-game winless run. There are no fresh injury worries in the home team, but Ainsley Maitland-Niles is ineligible to face his parent club.
The Gunners, on the other hand, are eyeing their fifth consecutive league win. Mikel Arteta is doing a great job with the capital club, and seeing that the Spanish tactician can count on key players for Sunday’s showdown, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the away team. Both Odegaard and Martinelli should be recalled to the starting XI as the duo was rested in the Europa League triumph over PSV.

Theo James Walcott is an English football player with roots from Jamaica born on 16th of March 1989 in London. Walcott started his football career for AFC Newbury and after scoring over 100 goals in his first season Southampton signed the young Walcott. After 2 seasons playing for the Saints scoring 4 goals in 21games Arsenal transferred Walcott to London for approximately 12 million GBP where he signed a 1 million GBP per year contract by the age of 17.
Walcott is known for being a very fast right-winger but is able to play as a striker as well. Walcott can be used very effectively to set up a counter attack but is the type of offensive player that is very dependant on the rest of the team.
Despite his young age Walcott made his debut for the English national team in May 2006 and played for over 40 games in the national team already. One of Walcott’s biggest weaknesses are his height (only 173cm) and the fact he get’s injured very quickly. Walcott won the FA Cup in 2013/2014 and 2014/15 with Arsenal and the Community Shield in 2015. During the World Cup in 2014 Walcott was injured.

Arsenal are regarded as one of the best English teams. The Gunners have won 12 FA Cup trophies, 13 league titles and two League Cups, but they have yet to lift the Champions League trophy. Arsene Wenger’s team were on the verge of beating Barcelona in the Champions League final back in 2006, but they eventually failed to win the prestigious title.
Arsenal used to play their homes at Highbury, but in 2006 they moved to the Emirates Stadium. The capacity of the stadium is 60,260. The Gunners won their last Premier League trophy back in 2004, with the capital club going through the season without a single loss. The likes of Thierry Henry, Denis Bergkamp and Robert Pires were part of the team back then, but Arsenal have not won the league trophy ever since.
