Monday’s football game between Tottenham and Everton will bring down the curtain on day 28 of the current Premier League campaign. Spurs aim to build on a 4-0 win over Leeds United, and they are likely to adopt yet another attack-minded approach. Harry Kane has found his goal-scoring touch of late, meaning that the opposition back-line should have him at bay. January signing Rodrigo Bentancur is sidelined with injury, as well as fellow midfielder Oliver Skipp.
The Toffees, on the other hand, were on the verge of holding Man City to a goalless draw, but Phil Foden eventually scored a late winner for the league leaders. Kane is a modern striker, who is extremely dangerous in the opposition box, but it was some outstanding goals from distance as well as link-up play with teammates that earned him an excellent reputation in world football. Kane is expected to lead both Tottenham and England in years to come, that is if he can resist the lure of top European clubs that continue to cast admiring glances his way.

Everton and Liverpool face each other in the Merseyside derby and the clash between the two local rivals has been called the Merseyside derby since 1955.
