Watford and Liverpool square off against each other at Vicarage Road in the opening match of day 8. The Hornets aim to escape the danger zone, but they will have a big fish to fry in Saturday’s showdown. Tired legs could prove to be a big problem for Ismaila Sarr, who represented Senegal in the World Cup qualifiers, while Etebo, Kabasele, and Sierralta remain in the recovery room. Norway international Joshua King, though, should be fit to face the Reds.
Jurgen Klopp’s troops aim to regain top position, and they will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways. Both Trent Alexander-Arnold and Thiago Alcantara are rated doubtful for the game, but seeing that Jurgen Klopp can count on key attackers for Saturday’s clash, away win should be considered. Talented midfielder Harvey Elliott is yet another absentee in the away side.

Wolverhampton-born striker Andre Gray is a product of the Shrewsberry Town youth academy who hit the limelight during his two loan spell with Luton Town. A no-nonsense forward endured a difficult childhood which left him with a four-inch scar on his left cheek after he got stabbed in the face in a gang-related incident back in 2011.
Fortunately, Andre Grey was pulled out of the gang lifestyle by his mother and close friends and focused on his football career. Having scored 57 goals in 111 appearances with The Hatters, Gray was prized away by Brentford in a club-record deal at the time. Just a season later Gray moved to Burnley where he hit 23 goals in 41 Championship appearances to emerge as a vital cog in his club’s Premier League push in 2014/15. After nine goals in 32 top-flight appearances with he Clarets, Gray was transferred to Watford for yet another club-record fee.
The Englishman’s prolific goalscoring record in the Football League was brought to a halt, however, with Gray scoring just five goals in 31 Premier League appearances during the 2017/18 season.

Founded back in 1892, Liverpool are one of England’s and world’s most famous clubs. The Reds hold a high-profile rivalry with Everton and there have always been fireworks when the two teams take on each other in the Merseyside derby.
The Reds welcome their opponents at Anfield and it has to be noted that they have already won 18 first division trophies. Liverpool were on the verge of lifting the 2014/2015 Premier League trophy, but Steven Gerrard slipped in the decider against Chelsea and left the Reds without a title.
Liverpool won one of their last Champions League trophy's in 2005, with the team coming from three goals behind to beat Milan in a historic clash in Istanbul. The Reds have clinched six European Cups and it is no surprise they are regarded as one of the greatest European clubs.
The likes of Steven Gerrard, Robbie Fowler, Paul Ince, Ian Rush, Graeme Souness, Sami Hyypia and Luis Suarez are some of the most notable footballers to have represented the club over the years. The club’s anthem is You’ll Never Walk Alone and their shirt colour is red.
