Our prediction for this Premier League match:
Wolverhampton will look to recover from the FA Cup loss to Bournemouth when they take on Everton in the Premier League round 28. The Wolves are still fighting hard to avoid relegation and, no doubt, Saturday’s clash could be crucial in their battle. Bear in mind, though, that key attacker Matheus Cunha is banned for the hosts, with midfielders Rodrigo Gomes and Goncalo Guedes missing out with injuries.
The Toffees, on the other hand, have been climbing the standings ever since David Moyes returned to Goodison Park. As a result, Everton are sitting in the safe zone, 15 points clear of bottom three. Considering that Wolverhampton want this win more than Everton, we are tempted to put our money on Vitor Pereira’s troops. All Seamus Coleman, Iliman Ndiaye, Dwight McNeil, and Dominic Calvert-Lewin are out of contention with injuries for the visiting side.
Highlighted Player (Abdoulaye Doucouré):

French international midfielder Abdoulaye Doucour is a bundle of raw energy and a player who was voted Watford’s Player of the Season during the 2017/18 campaign. A deep-lying midfielder who takes part in play build-up from behind is a defensive asset who took time to blossom and announce himself at the international stage. He first burst to prominence at Ligue 1 side Rennes in 2012 after a year with the club’s B side and went on to play 75 league matches and score 12 goals.
Watford bought Doucoure in 2016 but sent him on loan to Granada, where he took part in 15 league matches. Determined to prove his worth in the Premier League, the Frenchman of Mali descent wasted no time in grabbing a starting spot under both Marco Silva and Javi Garcia, respectively, upon his return from Spain.
The total of 38 matches played along with 8 goals scored made Doucoure one of the most sought-after assets in the summer of 2018 but the player remained at Vicarage Road despite reported interest from Tottenham Hotspur.
Highlighted Team (Wolves):

Wolverhampton are a club that was originally known as St. Luke’s FC. The Wolves play in the Championship and they were founded in 1877. Molineux is the home ground of Wolverhampton and the capacity of the stadium is 31,700. Wolverhampton have won four FA Cup trophies (1893, 1908, 1949, 1960), with the team lifting the League Cup trophy in 1974 and 1980.
The colour of the club’s shirts is orange and they wear black shorts. The Wolves wear blue jerseys when playing away from home. Wolverhampton’s main rivals are West Bromwich Albion and they have been facing each other in the Black Country derby since 1888. In their first meeting in the local derby WBA recorded a 1-0 win over Wolves.
Wolverhampton have won three First Division trophies (1953/1954, 1957/1958, 1958/1959) and they have clinched four FA Cup titles as well (1893, 1908, 1949, 1960). The club’s owner is Steve Morgan.
