Our prediction for this Premier League match:
Wolverhampton will try to claim a major scalp when they welcome Manchester City to their Molineux Stadium in the season opener. The Wolves were struggling to find their form in preseason, with the team losing to the likes of Lens, Girona, and Celta Vigo in warm-up games. As a result, the bookies see them as big underdogs in Saturday’s encounter. The club chiefs have signed a permanent deal with Jorgen Strand Larsen, with the likes of Fer Lopez, Jhon Arias, and David Moller Wolfe joining the club as well.
Matheus Cunha, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Goncalo Guedes, Pablo Sarabia, and Nelson Semedo are no longer parts of the team and we predict that these players will be sorely missed against Man City. Pep Guardiola’s men, on the other hand, are on a quest to regain the Premier League title. The Citizens have added the likes of Rayan Cherki, Tijjani Reijnders, and aforementioned left-back Ait Nouri to the squad and despite Kevin De Bruyne’s departure to Napoli, away win should be considered. Midfielder Mateo Kovacic misses the trip to Wolverhampton with an Achilles injury.
Highlighted Player (Nathan Ake):

Ake is a professional footballer who plays for the Dutch National Team and AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League. The versatile defender who was born on the 18th of February, 1995, started his youth career in 2003 with local club ADO Den Haag. Upon his return, he immediately joined Watford on a season-long loan where his displays earned him the Watford's young player of the season award. Another successful loan spell at Bournemouth succeeded his time at Watford before Chelsea recalled him in January 2017.
At the start of the 17/18 season, the 24-year-old rejoined his current club Bournemouth permanently on a five-year contract worth 20 million pounds. On the International stage, Ake has represented the Netherlands at every youth level and has even captained the under-17 and under-19 sides.
