Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Deportivo Alaves and Sevilla face each other at Estadio Mendizorrotza in the opening match of the La Liga round 27. The Basques are fighting hard to secure the Primera Division survival, but they are on a very difficult quest. Alaves are four points behind the safe zone, meaning that Friday’s game is of big importance for the home side. Keep in mind that Jose Luis Mendilibar should have a full squad to choose from.
Los Sevillanos, on the other hand, aim to stay in the La Liga title race. Jorge Sampaoli’s troops proved their worth in the Seville derby, and they are surely capable of beating the relegation strugglers at Estadio Mendizorrotza. Both Lucas Ocampos and Jules Kounde are back from suspension, which is yet another reason why away win should be considered. January signing Anthony Martial, though, remains in the recovery room.
