Cadiz
After dropping two points in a goalless draw with Getafe, Barcelona will look to register their first win of the season when they welcome Cadiz to their Camp Nou on Sunday. Barca failed to impress in the season opener, but it has to be noted that influential forward Raphinha was sent off after just 38 minutes. As a result, the Brazilian misses the Cadiz game through suspension, with Ansu Fati likely to step up.
The Yellow Submarine, on the other hand, defeated Deportivo Alaves thanks to San Emeterio’s early goal at the weekend, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry in Catalonia. In their last meeting at Camp Nou Barcelona defeated Cadiz 2-0 and we predict that the history is going to repeat itself. As for the away team, midfielder Gonzalo Escalante is banned for the match, whereas all Sergi Guardiola, Brian Ocampo, and Cala remain in the recovery room.

After scoring 36 goals in 59 league games for Znicz Pruskow, Robert Lewandowski joined Lech Poznan in June, 2008. The 184-cm-tall attacker scored 18 goals in 28 appearances for the club in the 2009/2010 Ekstraklasa campaign and during the season he was on Borussia Dortmund’s radar.

However, he betrayed Borussia Dortmund fans in 2014 as he signed a four-year deal with the Bundesliga giants. Lewandowski impressed in the 2016/2017 Bundesliga campaign as he scored 30 goals in 32 league games for Pep Guardiola’s troops. The Polish footballer represented his homeland at Euro 2016 in France and he scored one goal at the showpiece tournament in France.

Cadiz is a professional La Liga club that plays home games at Estadio Ramon de Caranza. The capacity of the stadium is 20,724 people, and it was opened back in September 1955. El Submarino Amarillo are well known for their yellow shirts, with the team wearing blue jerseys when playing on the travels.
The club was founded back on Sepember 8, 1910, with the team facing local rivals Cadiz Sporting Club in their first ever official match.
