Dundee and Hibernian face each other at Dens Park in what is expected an interesting Premiership game. Following a 2-1 win over Hearts, Dundee suffered back-to-back losses to Celtic and Livingston in the previous two league fixtures, with the team dropping to the ultimate position in the standings. The Dark Blues are desperate to move away from the rock bottom, but they will have a big fish to fry in the midweek clash.
McMullan is likely to replace Ibsen Rossi in the starting XI, with all Ashcroft, Legzdins, and Sheridan missing out with injury. The Hibs, on the other hand, did well to hold Celtic to a goalless draw in their last league match. Hibernian want to cement their spot in top six, and they should take advantage of Dundee’s shaky defence that experienced all sorts of problems in a 4-0 loss to Livingston. Striker Kevin Nisbet, who limped off with injury at the weekend, is unlikely to feature in Wednesday’s game.

Over the years Christian Doidge has established himself as one of the best attackers in Scotland Premiership. Born on August 25, 1992 in Newport, Doidge is a Wales international who plays for Hibernian in the Scottish top flight.
He is a product of the Southampton football academy, but he did not see any game action in the Premier League with the Saints. The towering striker played for Bristol Rovers during his youth career as well before joining Cwmbran Celtic at senior level. He played for the likes of Barry Town, Carmanthen Town, Dag & Red, Dartford (loan), Forest Green Rovers, and Bolton Wanderers (loan) as well before signing a deal with the Hibs.
Christian Doidge made his Scotland Premier League debut on August 3, 2019 in a 1-0 win over St. Mirren. The Wales attacker scored his first league goal for the Hibs against the same opponent three months late. Doidge has yet to receive a call-up for the Wales national football team.
