Motherwell and Kilmarnock face each other in a festive fixture at Fir Park on Friday evening. The hosts collected only one point in total from the last three league fixtures, meaning that the lack of confidence could prove to be a big problem for them this time out. All Bevis Mugabi, Paul McGinn, Joseph Efford, and Nathan McGinley remain on the sidelines with injuries for the home side. Kilmarnock, on the other hand, will be aiming to bounce back from a 3-1 defeat to Hearts.
The Killie suffered four defeats in the previous five league fixtures, with the team dropping down the standings week by week. Derek McInnes’ men are eager to give fans some cheer, and we are positive that they will fight tooth and nail against the Well. Since both sides will go for a victory, we are tempted to put our money on both teams to score. Experienced forward Kyle Lafferty is banned for the match, while defender Calum Waters has yet to recover from a hamstring problem.

Josh Morris is a product of Blackburn Rovers football school who plays for Fleetwood Town in the League One. Morris’ main position is left midfielder, but he is capable of playing as both left-back and central midfielder as well.
The English footballer started his senior career at Blackburn Rovers and he played for the likes of Yeovil Town, Rotherham United, Carlisle United and Fleetwood Town on loan before moving to Bradford City in the summer of 2015. Josh Morris, though, found his best form at Scunthorpe United, scoring 35 goals in 107 appearances for the club in the league.
Before the start of the 2018/2019 League One season Morris re-joined Fleetwood Town, signing a two-year contract with the Fishermen. Josh Morris scored his first goal of the season in a 3-1 win over Peterborough United at Weston Homes Stadium. His contract with Fleetwood Town should expire on June 30, 2021.

Founded on January 5, 1869, Kilmarnock are the oldest professional club in Scotland. The Killie welcome their opponents at Rugby Park, the stadium with the artificial turf. The venue, which was opened back in August 1899, can hold up to 17,889 people.
Kilmarnock won their first and only Scotland Premier League trophy in the 1964/65 season despite being level on points with Hearts at the end of the season. Fellow Ayrshire club Ayr United are considered the Killie’s bitterest rivals. The two teams have been facing each other in the Ayrshire derby since September 1910.
Dark blue is the dominant colour of the club’s home kit, while Kilmarnock footballers wear yellow and blues kit when playing on the travels. The Killie recorded their biggest win back in 1896, with the team beating Saltcoats Victoria 13-2 in the second round of the Scottish Qualifying Cup. The club suffered their biggest defeat in August 1938 as they were hammered by Celtic 9-1 in the Scottish League Division.
