Our prediction for this Segunda Division match:
Buoyed by a hard-fought 1-0 win over Malaga, Eibar will look to give fans yet another reason for celebration when they take on Lugo in the La Liga 2 round 14. Los Armeros want to move closer to automatic promotion berth, and we are positive that they will adopt an attack-minded approach in Wednesday’s clash. Defender Antonio Rios remains in the recovery room, but there are no fresh injury worries in the Basque outfit.
Los Albivermellos, on the other hand, aim to escape the danger zone, but given their four-game winless run on the road, anything but a routine home victory would be a major surprise. Fit-again forward Angel Baena Perez is pushing for a start after coming as a substitute in a goalless draw with Mirandes at the weekend. In their last meeting at the venue Eibar defeated Lugo thanks to Fran Sol’s goal.
